Loch Lomond is the largest freshwater loch in Britain by surface area, ringed by wooded hills and mountains and dotted with islands. It lies at the edge of the Highlands, only about an hour from Glasgow, and sits at the heart of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
