What to expect
Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, and has been a royal home for nearly a thousand years. Visitors can see the State Apartments, St George's Chapel and the Queen Mary's Dolls' House, and the changing of the guard takes place on some days. The castle is closed to visitors on certain dates when it is in use by the Royal Family.
