What to expect
Snowdon, or Yr Wyddfa, is the highest mountain in Wales at 1,085 metres. Six main paths reach the summit. The Llanberis Path is the longest and gentlest, while the Pyg Track and Miners' Track are steeper and more popular. The summit can be busy in summer, and weather at the top is often very different to the valley.
